2:30–3:30 PM | The Gamification of Everything: The Application of Responsible Gaming in an Era of Growing Gambling Exposure
Gamification has become a defining feature of modern digital engagement. From sports betting and iGaming to prediction markets, retail investing, video games, and beyond, consumers are increasingly interacting with products designed to reward participation, encourage engagement, and influence behavior. As the boundaries between gambling and non-gambling experiences continue to blur, there are important questions that regulators, operators, public health officials, and policymakers must make to ensure the health and safety of the consumer, while also fostering innovation. This panel will explore the evolving role of responsible gaming principles in a world where gambling mechanics are becoming embedded across industries and discuss what effective consumer protection may look like in the future.

4:00–5:00 PM | Hallelujah or Hallucination? AI Use Cases in Gaming
This panel will explore the most tantalizing use cases for AI in the regulated gaming business. We will explore the possibilities, highlight the risks, and discuss what we have learned over the past year as AI tools continue to proliferate. Is your newest hire a guy named Claude? How’s he performing?
🥂 5:30–7:00 PM | IMGL G2E RECEPTION
We’re switching things up this year! Our G2E Reception will take place Monday evening, replacing our traditional Tuesday evening reception.
The reception is open to IMGL members who will be around on Monday and all Masterclass attendees.
